On behalf of the MODEM Modern and Contemporary Arts Centre we kindly invite you to the opening event of our latest, internationally unique exhibition on 2nd October, Saturday.<\/p>\n

The unique international exhibition titled Parisian Abstracts. Abstraction-Cr\u00e9ation. Kandinszkij, H\u00e9lion, Calder, Moholy-Nagy\u2026<\/em> puts on display the activity of the ever-existed greatest official non-figurative grouping, the Abstraction-Cr\u00e9ation, and the world of Paris in the 30s.<\/p>\n

Curator: Dr. Fl\u00f3ra M\u00e9sz\u00e1ros Fl\u00f3ra, Art Historian<\/p>\n

Programme of the opening event:
\nWelcome speeches of Lajos K\u00f3sa<\/strong>, the member of parliament\u00a0Dr. Istv\u00e1n Pusk\u00e1s<\/strong>, the cultural deputy mayor of Debrecen, Katalin Vizi<\/strong>, the managing director of MODEM, and Dr. Fl\u00f3ra M\u00e9sz\u00e1ros<\/strong>, the curator of the exhibition.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be opened by Dr. Sarah Wilson<\/strong>, professor of the Courtaulds Institute of Art.<\/p>\n
