Terms of Use
The name of the artist, the title of the work and the year of its creation, MODEM, and the name of the photographer must always be included in the caption of the reproductions of the exhibited works. The materials uploaded to the press room can only be used for press purposes, in testimonials and information about the artist or the exhibition, and only as illustrations. Unauthorized use of press photos is subject to Article LXXVI of 1999 on copyright. entails legal consequences defined by law.
