The Rythm of Existence. Retrospective exhibition of Judit Reigl

2010. Jun. 17. - 2010. Sep. 19.

Judit Reigl’s art is one of those rare artistic trajectories that reconciled and embraced the major post-war painting trends without conflict or contradiction. For her, abstract, figurative and gestural painting are not inextricably opposed, but exist together and side by side in the most natural way. The Rhythm of Existence featured nearly 100 works, including an ink drawing (over twenty metres long) that the artist created specifically with the MODEM exhibition space in mind.
